Korea University and QS Successfully Conclude the 2025 Asia-Pacific Higher Education Summit


Korea University  and the world-renowned university evaluation agency Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) jointly hosted the "QS Higher Ed Summit: Asia Pacific 2025" at its Seoul Campus from Tuesday, November 4th to Thursday, November 6th. The opening ceremony marked the official launch.


This year's summit, themed "Advancing Generational Potential: Skills and Partnerships in the Asia-Pacific," was attended by approximately 1,500 university presidents, education policy experts, and industry leaders from the Asia-Pacific region. Higher education officials from Korea and other countries discussed new models of collaboration and sustainable development amidst the rapidly changing educational landscape.


The opening ceremony was held at the Inchon Memorial Hall at Korea University. Approximately 1,500 participants, including Korea University President Kim Dong-won, former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, university presidents from the Asia-Pacific region, education policy experts, and industry leaders, demonstrated strong interest.
