3. 등록금 납부
고지서에 나와 있는 가상계좌로 정확한 금액을 입금해야 합니다. 등록금 송금 시 발생하는 수수료는
본인이 별도 부담해야 하며, 수수료가 차감된 후 입금된 금액이 고지서에 나와있는 등록금 액수와 일치
하는지 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다. 가상계좌는 학생 개인별 고유 계좌번호로서, 입금자명은 관계없습니다.
※ 반드시 지정된 기일 내에 납부를 마쳐야 하며, 등록금 미납시 등록할 의사가 없는 것으로 간주하고
입학 허가를 취소합니다.
※ 부득이한 이유로 기간 내에 송금이 어려운 경우에는 국제교육팀으로 사전에 연락 부탁드립니다.

4. 납부 사실 증명 (해외송금자)
해외 송금을 하는 경우, 송금 완료까지 은행 영업일 기준 약 3-7일 또는 그 이상의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 따라서 등록금을 납부 기간 안에 송금한 후, 국제교육팀 이메일(admission@korea.ac.kr)로 반드시 송금 영수증을 스캔하여 보내주시기 바랍니다. (이메일에 수험번호 & 이름 기재)
5. 등록상태 확인 및 등록확인서 출력
- 정확한 금액을 납부한 경우, 납부 후 30분 뒤부터 ▶▷ Click here ◁◀ 에서 확인 가능.
6. 등록 취소 신청
- 신청기한: 2024년 8월 2일(금) 오후 3:00까지 (한국 시간)
- 신청방법: 이메일(입학원서에 입력한 이메일에 한함)로 등록금 환불 신청서 요청

3. How to pay
Tuition payment must be made in the exact amount to the provided virtual account
number in the tuition bill. If you are making an international transfer, you will be responsible
for any service charge for the transaction, and please note that it will take at least 3-7
business days for the payment to be confirmed.
The name of the depositor does not have to be in the student's name.
※ Tuition payment must be completed within the specified date.
If you do not register in this period, you are deemed unwilling to register and
your admission may be revoked.
※ If you are unable to settle the tuition payment due to unavoidable reasons,
please do send us an email(admission@korea.ac.kr) in advance.
※ If you are making an international transfer, please refer to the following information
and make sure to pay the adequate amount to cover the exchange rate changes and
service charge.

4. Proof of Payment (Overseas Remittance)
※ Please note that if you are making an international transfer, it will take at least 3-7
business days for the payment to be completed. Therefore, once the transfer is made,
please send a scanned copy of your transaction receipt to admission@korea.ac.kr with
your name and application number.
5. Confirmation of the tuition payment and printing out the Letter of the
Registration Confirmation
- If the payment was made successful, the confirmation of your payment will be available
after the 30 minutes through ▶▷ Click here ◁◀ .
6. Tuition Refund
- Deadline: 2024. 8. 2 (Fri) 3:00pm (KST)
- How to apply for the refund: request the application form of cancellation and refund via
email (limited to the one you have written in the application form) to
admission@korea.ac.kr
※ Applicants are responsible for any disadvantages if they miss the deadline for the
refund application.
